. i Stormwater Public Opinion Survey #7 Contract: 2005-00329 Exhibit B - Scope of Services Services to be provided: Consultant agrees to provide the following services: The consultant will review any changes to survey and develop and pretest the survey instruments to insure it is both valid and able to be administered. Prior to conducting the pretest(s), the consultant must present the City with a modified survey instrument, reflecting any changes resulting from the pretest(s). 2. Consultant will obtain source data on which the telephone survey contacts are based. Consultant must conduct the survey. It is to be administered by telephone at such times of the day and on such days of the week that will minimize the number of "no contact" calls as well as minimizing response bias to the greatest extent possible. Telephone interviews must be conducted by people; computerized telephoning will not be acceptable. Consultant must provide a written summary of results, including summary statistics for all survey questions and verbatim transcripts for open-ended questions. Sub-samples must include (but are not limited to) specific criteria and demographic information as identified. 4. The consultant will compare and contrast the results of this survey with those results of spring 1999, 2001, and 2003 surveys and prepare a written summary with a highlight of the statistics for presentation purposes by May 30, 2005. 5. Consultant must provide the City with one camera-ready original and two copies of narrative report by May 30, 2005. 6. Consultant must provide a narrative report summarizing survey data and highlighting major findings using graphic displays to show overall responses for each question. Raw data must be submitted in written format. 7. The consultant will conduct one oral presentation of the significant findings to a staff person or group.
