COUNTY AGREES:
To provide City funding equal to a base amount of $7,800 in FY 03-04 and $19,600 in
FY 04-05 and subsequent years covered by the agreement, plus an amount equal to a
percentage of the balance of OTIA III maintenance funds paid to Lane County for that
fiscal year. The percentage of city population is calculated by taking the City
population and dividing by the total population within cities in Lane County. Estimated
payment amounts are shown in Tables 1 and 2 and will not be finalized until the
OREGON MILEAGE REPORT for the year in question is published. Population will be
based on the most recent information available from the Oregon Department of
Transportation.
2. To send payment by check to City semi-annually.
