/t (S76W <br />°f- A I S 6 1 <br />CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTION OF PAYMENT OF EQUIVALENT <br />ASSESSMENT FOR FUTURE STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />The City of Eugene, Oregon acknowledges receipt of an equivalent assessment in the amount of <br />$45,742.32 under EC Sections 7.175(5)(d) and 7.407 paid on August 7, 2007 with respect to paving, <br />curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements to the following street: Elmira Road, in connection with the <br />development of the following described parcel(s) adjacent to Elmira Road: <br />taxlot number as of August 7, 2007: 17-04-27-13-00101 & 00102 <br />CITY FILE NO. A1568 CITY OF EUGENE ACCOUNT NO. 2003.1111.1568 <br />Property Owner: Steve Hankins - New Era LLC <br />PO Box 4111 <br />Boring, OR 97009 <br />EC Section 7.160(9) provides that parcels for which an equivalent assessment has been paid prior to <br />construction of a street improvement, pursuant to sections 7.175(d) and 7.407, shall be included in the <br />local improvement district but shall not be assessed. <br />Notwithstanding changes in the standards of the City of Eugene for street improvement or the actual <br />costs at the time of improvement, the parcel(s) described herein shall not be subject to assessment with <br />respect to the construction of the street described above. <br />The equivalent assessment which has been paid is calculated based on the factors listed in EC <br />7.175(5)(b), including curb, gutter, sidewalk, a single driveway, where required for street access, for <br />each abutting lot, and the assessable share of street paving and associated drainage system.
