The Contract sum will not exceed <br />$10,000 and is based an hourly rate supplied during the public bidding <br />process. <br />This work is being funded by a grant from the Oregon Watershed <br />Enhancement Board (Contract# 2009 - 05411) that was awarded to the City <br />of Eugene in 2008. All costs will be reimbursed by OWEB, hence there is no <br />cost associated with this project to the City. <br />Work under the Contract #2011-05402 will be charged to GJN 100011. <br />Work under the herbicide contract could start as early as mid July, and <br />may continue through September 2011 or until the funds are used up. <br />Please initial or sign the attached copies of the amendment as indicated <br />near the "Sign and Date" stickers, and return to Kris Aanderud at PWM /POS <br />(X4966). <br />Attachments: <br />1.
