This work goes back a few years but is an invoice for surveyor (Baker and Associates Surveyors, Inc.) <br />costs associated with the acquisitions for the Ribbon Trail parcels. It was for the surveying and preparation of legal <br />descriptions for each of the acquisitions. Several issues had come up over the years, but the surveyor is now recording <br />the final survey of the property including the pins he had set at.the time of acquisitions. The total invoice is $5,295. <br />Since it was fora ridgeline trail acquisition I suspect it will. be from the 2006 Bond acquisition fund, but wanted to make <br />sure that is your preference before we processed a check request.
