AMENDMENT NO. ONE TO
City of Eugene Contract No. 2010 - 05326
This Amendment is made to the Trade Services Contract dated April 27, 2010, between the City
of Eugene (City) and Jackson Fence and Construction (Contractor).
City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows:
The wire fabric for this project shall be changed from woven wire cattle fencing to non-
climb horse fencing. Non-climb horse fencing offers a narrow mesh pattern to prevent
animals from stepping through the wire material. This change in material requires the
use of shorter length wire rolls, additional bracing, and increases the required labor.
These changes increase the contract by $4, 100.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect.
CITY OF EUGENE
i
ohnny dlin `
Parks and Open Space Director
CONTRACTOR
Ken Japl on
Owner
Date: I!; /0 -/0
Date: S-01-ito
Contract Amendment
(Revised November 1994)
