The Bid Opening will be at 2:05 p.m., on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the above location, at <br />which time and place those Bids will be opened and read. <br />Job WASTEWATER REHABILITATION <br />4589 2010 Wastewater Rehabilitation at various locations (6,626 FT CIPP Liner, 8" to 36"; 522 FT Pipe <br />Bursting and HDPE Liner, Wastewater 6";1 LS Pipe Lining Video Inspection; 456 FT 6" C-900 Pipe; <br />488 FT 10" PVC Wastewater Pipe; 67 EA Connect to Existing Service Line; 125 TN Trench HMAC' <br />Resurfacing; 403 FT Concrete Curb & Gutter; 1,485 SF 4" Concrete Surfacing; 1,677 SF Re-Inforced <br />Concrete Pavement 7" Thick). <br />All Work shall be completed by October 15, 2010. <br />Plans and specifications may be reviewed and/or obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 99 East Broadway Suite <br />400, Eugene, Oregon 97401, for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 plus $6.50 postage. For other reviewing locations <br />and any questions regarding the project please call (541) 682-5291, or use our Engineering Bid Website www eugene- <br />or. gov/PW to review Plans and Specifications. <br />Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check. or bidder's bond payable to the City of Eugene in an <br />amount equal to ten percent of the amount bid. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be <br />required. Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered for acceptance. This public works improvement <br />project is subject to payment of prevailing rate of wages, per BOLI ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be <br />received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to <br />279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be complied with. <br />Bidders are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS <br />279C.370, prior to the Bid Closing Date and Time.
