(d) In the event of damage to or destruction of property covered by this exception, you shall, if <br />requested by us, replace the property or furnish the labor and materials necessary for <br />repairs thereto, at actual cost to you, exclusive of prospective profit or overhead charges of <br />any nature. <br />(e) $2,500 shall be deducted from the total amount of all sums you became obligated to pay as <br />damages on account of damage to or destruction of all property of each person or <br />organization, including the loss of use of that property, as a result of each "occurrence." <br />Our limit of liability under the endorsement as being applicable to each "occurrence" shall <br />be reduced by the amount of the deductible indicated above, however, our aggregate limit <br />of liability under this provision shall not be reduced by the amount of such deductible. The <br />conditions of the policy, including those with respect to duties in the event of "occurrence," <br />claims or "suit" apply irrespective of the application of the deductible amount. We may pay <br />any part or all of the deductible amount to effect settlement of any claim or "suit" and, upon <br />notification of the action taken, you shall promptly reimburse us for such part of the <br />deductible amount as has been paid by us <br />GL-3085 (01/06) -10- <br />
