All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this <br />addendum and the total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />CHANGES TO SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />(ADD) 00220.02 Public Safety and Mobility <br />The driveway access on the north side of Harlow Road from Station 45+50 to 46+00 <br />(the school driveway) and Calvin Street shall not be closed at the same time. One of <br />these access points to the school shall be open at all times. <br />(ADD) 00620.10 Existing Materials <br />The following information is made available for reference and information only.
