For other reviewing locations <br />and any questions regarding the project please call (541) 682-5291, or use our Engineering Bid Website www.eugeene- <br />or. og v/PW to review Plans and Specifications. <br />Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond payable to the City of Eugene in an <br />amount equal to ten percent of the amount bid. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be <br />required. Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered for acceptance. This public works improvement <br />project is subject to payment of prevailing rate of wages, per BOLI ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be <br />received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to <br />279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be complied with. <br />Bidders are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS <br />279C.370, prior to the Bid Closing Date and Time. For this project the first-tier subcontractor disclosure statement <br />must be submitted regardless of the bid amount." <br />No bid will be accepted by the City unless it contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the bid that the bidder in <br />carrying out the contract will comply with all applicable laws. <br />The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and <br />may reject for good cause any or all bids or to waive any specification or requirement upon a finding ofthe Citythat it <br />is in the public interest to do so. <br />Dated this 16'h day of April, 2010. <br />Doug Singer <br />Project Manager <br />
