PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />Architect and, Engineer <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation <br />AND: GeoScience, Inc. <br />Contract No.: 2010-00256 <br />This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br />Services Master Contract #2009-00227 dated November 5, 2008, between the <br />City of Eugene (City) and GeoScience, Inc. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br />herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Project description: Provide geological assessment of the failed <br />stormwater outfall site below Brookside Drive (occurred early <br />2010), monitoring as appropriate for ground movement and <br />subsurface flows. Propose various methods of repairing the <br />slope instability and work in concert with staff to develop a <br />final design.
