Eug Co#2003-00204 <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT #3 <br />WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br />County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as LCOG, and City of Eugene, hereinafter <br />referred to as CITY entered into an intergovernmental agreement on June 20, 2002 for <br />hearings official services for CITY's Public Works Department. <br />NOW THEREFORE, both parties agree to the following amendment: <br />1.
