<br />Plane and Specifications.
<br />Bida shall be accompanied by a certified
<br />check, cashier's check or bldder's bond
<br />payable to the City of Eugene in an
<br />amount equal to ten percent of the amount
<br />bid. Filing of a qualification questionnaire
<br />before bidding will not he required. Contin-
<br />gent of conditional bids will not be consid-
<br />ered for acceptance. This public works im-
<br />provement project is subject to payment of
<br />prevailing rate of wages, per BOLT ORS
<br />279C.800 to 279C,870. No bid will be re-
<br />ceived or conaidered unless the bid con-
<br />tains a statement by the bidder that provi-
<br />sions of ORS 279C,800 to 2790.970 per-
<br />taining to prevailing wage rates shall be
<br />complied with.
<br />Bidders are required to submit a
<br />First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form,
<br />substantially as descrow in ORS
<br />2790,370, prior to the Bid Closing Date
<br />and Time. Far this project the first-tler Sub-
<br />contractor disclosure statement must be
<br />submitted regardless of the bid arnount,'
<br />No bid will be accepted by the City
<br />unless It contains a statement by the bid-
<br />der as a part of the bid that the bldder in
<br />carrying out the contract will comply with
<br />all applicable laws.
<br />The City may reject any bid not in com-
<br />pliance with all proscribed public bidding
<br />procedures and requirements, and may to-
<br />fact for good cause any or all bids or to
<br />waive any Specification or requirement
<br />up-an a finding of the City that It Is In the
<br />public interest to do so.
