All other conditions shall remain the same. <br />Bidders shall incorporate the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this addendum and the <br />total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on the bid form. <br />CHANGES FOR BID SCHEDULE: <br />(DELETE) Original Bid Schedule dated 04105/2010 <br />(ADD) Revised Bid Schedule dated 04/16/2010 <br />CHANGES TO PLAN SHEETS: <br />(REVISE) Sheets 4583-DO1 and 4583-1302, change all references to "Level 3,1/2" Dense WMAC" to "Level 2,1/2" <br />Dense WMAC". <br />CHANGES TO SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />(ADD) 00290.21 Construction Waste Reuse and Recycling Plan and Summary <br />The Contractor shall fill out and submit the "Contractor's Construction Waste Reuse and Recycling <br />Plan", estimating material reuse, recycling, and disposal for each project at the pre-construction <br />conference. After issuance of second notification the Contractor shall fill out the "Contractor's <br />Construction Waste Reuse and Recycling Summary" with actual data on material reuse, recycling, and <br />disposal for each project. The Agency will not issue the Project third notification until submission of the <br />"Contractor's Construction Waste Reuse and Recycling Summary". <br />00290.80 Measurement <br />(ADD) Payment will be made by the each for required submittals of the "Contractor's Constriction Waste Reuse <br />and Recycling Plan" and "Contractor's Construction Waste Reuse and Recycling Summary" <br />Addendum #I - Job #4583, 4617, & 4655 Page 1 <br />
