Prior to bidding the project, the Contractor may elect to perform test hole <br />excavation(s) to aid in the understanding of the subsurface conditions in that <br />specific location at no additional cost to the Project. Contractor will. be <br />responsible to obtain necessary pen-nit and approvals. <br />00130.50(a) Execution of Contract and Bonds (By the Bidder) <br />(REPLACE) °10 Calendar Days" with "5 Calendar Days". <br />00140.00 Scope of Work <br />(ADD) This project focuses on replacement. of existing storm water pipe, tees, <br />catchbasins, and manholes.. These are active storm water systems, and the <br />Contractor is required to maintain storm system flows around the repair area for <br />the duration of the work. <br />00150.50 Cooperation with Utilities <br />(ADD) (f) Utility Information: <br />This Project is located within the Oregon Utility Notification Center area which is <br />a Utilities notification system for notifying owners of Utilities about Work being <br />performed in the vicinity of their facilities.
