The Natural Resources <br />Section manages various restoration or enhancement projects and engages <br />contractors to provide vegetation management services in our natural areas. <br />Under this amendment to our existing contract Oregon Woods, Inc. shall <br />provide a labor crew and all tools, equipment and supplies necessary to <br />complete vegetation management tasks outlined in work orders assigned by <br />City staff. <br />for services at Coyote Prairie in FYll. <br />This is the first amendment to our one year contract, which is renewable for up <br />to a total of two additional one year terms. Amendment No. 1 will extend this <br />contract with Oregon Woods to provide vegetation management services in <br />natural areas through April, 30 2011. Funding for FYll wilt include the addition <br />of $45,000 of stormwater funds for several projects in riparian corridors and <br />adjacent natural areas. It also includes a reduction in the funding obligation <br />associated with the mitigation bank based on an expected reduction in demand <br />Please sign the attached copies of Contract Amendment No. 1, and then return <br />them to Kris Aanderud (X4966).
