As a City engineered and constructed project eligible for assessment finanangj. <br />City agrees: <br />a) to perform engineering design cost estimate, award of oan#ract, construction inspection, and assessmen# tabulation far the improvements; <br />bj to partiapate in the cost of necessary ad~tional capaa~r of improvementh beyond the assessable amounts <br />as stipulated in the Eugene Municipal Code. <br />Owner agrees: <br />ay to pay all engineering and construcfion costs which are not ~igi~e for assessment finar~ing.
