This will <br />require closing one lane of the highway each night for four consecutive nights, from Monday <br />through Thursday, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning. Delta Highway will always <br />have at least one lane open in each direction. <br />Work on the Delta Ponds bicycle-pedestrian bridge began last summer and is scheduled <br />to be substantially completed by early September. <br />The $6 million project is designed to connect to Cal Young and Harlow neighborhoods to <br />the path system along the Willamette River.
