AH other conditions shall remain the same <br />Bidders shall incorporate- the effects of these changes in the appropriate bid items included in this addendum and <br />the total of these bid items then add in the appropriate place on tine bid form. <br />CHANGES TO SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />00745.90 General <br />(ADD) in order to provide a means to adjust asphalt cement price. if needed, the fraction of tile WMAC <br />per ton unit price which is represented by the asphalt cement in mixture shall be designated on the <br />bid schedule. Each WMAC pay item shall have the cost for the fraction of the \WMAC per ton unit <br />price represented by the asphalt cement in mixture designated on the bid schedule, beneath the pay <br />item, on the line identified as "Asphalt Cement in WlIVIAC per Ton of \WMAC Complete". 'Tine <br />cost submitted by the Contractor for "Asphalt Cement in WNTAC' per Ton of WMAC Complete". <br />for each WMAC pay item, will be used to calculate a price adjustment, if needed, per Section <br />00195 of the Special Provisions. <br />Costs submitted by the Contractor for "Asphalt Cement in WMAC Per Ton of WMAC <br />Complete", for any WMAC bid item, over twenty-sever (27) dollars per a ton will be <br />considered unbalanced and the bid will be rejected. <br />If you have questions about this addendum or the project, please call David Starns at (541) 682-8306. <br />All bidders shall acknowledge the receipt of and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 by signing and submitting the <br />signed Addendum with the bid.
