BID NO.5 <br />CALL FOR BIDS <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon will receive sealed bids until Thursday, <br />April 1, 2010, until the Bid Closing time of 2:00 p.m. at the office of the City Engineer, 99 East Broadway Suite <br />400, Eugene, Oregon. The Bid Opening will be at 2:05 p.m., on Thursday, April 1, 2010, at the above location, at <br />which time and place those Bids will be opened and read. <br />Job PAVEMENT BOND MEASURE <br />4582 on Willamette Street from 466 Avenue to 52nd Avenue (500 HR Flaggers; 62,964 SF Cold Plane PVMT <br />Removal, 3" Deep; 61,594 SF Cold Plane PVMT Removal, 4" Deep; 3,170 Ton Level 3, %11 Dense <br />WMAC; 443 CY Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair; 1 LS Thermoplastic, Non-Profile, 90 Mil, <br />Extruded;1 LS Loop Detectors Installation). <br />All Work shall be completed within 30 days of commencement and no later than September 10, 2010. <br />Plans and specifications may be reviewed and/or obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 99 East Broadway Suite <br />400, Eugene, Oregon 97401, for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 plus $6.50 postage. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be <br />required. Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered.for acceptance. This public works improvement <br />project is subject to payment of prevailing rate of wages, per BOLT ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be <br />received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to <br />279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be complied with. <br />Bidders are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS <br />279C.370, prior to the Bid Closing Date and Time.
