May 5, 2010 <br />Jeffrey Flowers x8478 called asking if PWA had recently received a letter from a gentleman on Knoop <br />Avenue about an issue with his grass, additionally, that a response had not yet been received. I did not <br />recall having seen a letter. Kurt was familiar with the letter and it was on his desk. Kurt's direction was <br />to make sure Jeff Lankston was made aware of the situation. I scanned the letter and envelope and <br />forwarded electronic copy to Jeffrey who was going to be in contact with Heather at Maintenance and <br />to Jeff Lankston per Kurt's direction. <br />Clara Matsler <br />
