The proposed Administrative Order was published and posted according to Eugene Code 6.41 I . <br />No comments were received during the notice timeline or at the public hearing. The City Manager and I <br />have recommended moving forward with user fee as outlined in the notice of intended increase. <br />Unless reviewed by City Council, the decision will be final on the eleventh day after it is rendered. New <br />user fees will go into effect in July.
