The crew will return on Sunday, March 21, to <br />replace the signal heads facing River Avenue and Silver Lane, and then will be back on Sunday, <br />March 28, to install new equipment on the north- and southbound lanes of River Road. <br />While crews are working, signals will be set on flash mode and the affected left turn <br />lanes will be closed. Motorists will still be able to turn left after stopping, as if they were at a stop <br />sign.
