00180.41 Project Work Schedules <br />(ADD) . A Type A schedule as detailed in the specifications is required on this Contract. <br />00180.50 Contract Time to Complete Work <br />(h) Contract Time <br />(ADD) Work shall not begin prior to March 8, 2010. <br />Work on High Street, 1St Avenue, and Garfield Street shall be completed by <br />April 12, 2010. <br />Work on 33`d Avenue, Hawkins Lane, and 13th Avenue shall be completed by <br />April 23, 2010. <br />No weekend or holiday Work will be allowed unless otherwise specified in these <br />Special Provisions. <br />00180.85 Failure to Complete on Time: Liquidated Damages <br />(b) Liquidated Damages <br />(ADD) The liquidated damages for failure to complete the Work on time are $500.00 per <br />Calendar Day*. <br />* Calendar Day amounts-are applicable when the Contract time is expressed on <br />the Calendar Day of fixed date basis <br />Liquidated damages for each stage will be calculated separately and are <br />additive. <br />00220.02 Public Safety and Convenience <br />The following bulleted item(s) to the end of this subsection: <br />For High Street, the Contractor shall maintain a minimum of one lane opened <br />to northbound traffic between 6th Avenue and 17th Avenue and a minimum of <br />one lane open, flagged for two way traffic between 3rd Avenue and 6th <br />Avenue, during approved Work hours. Side street closures will be allowed per <br />the approved traffic control plan during approved Work hours. Full road width <br />shall be opened during non-work hours and at all times the Contractor is not <br />actively working on-site. All side streets shall be opened during non-work <br />hours and at all times the Contractor is not actively working on-site. <br />• for West 1st Avenue & Garfield Street, the Contractor shall maintain a <br />minimum of one lane open in each direction for two way traffic during <br />approved Work hours. Full road width shall be opened during non-work hours <br />and at all times the Contractor is not actively working on-site. <br />• For Hawkins Lane & 33`d Avenue, maintain a minimum of one lane open, <br />flagged for two way traffic, during approved Work hours.
