Bidder hereby declares and agrees: <br />(1) that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be <br />complied with; <br />(2) that where asbestos abatement is required the abatement shall be done by Department ofEnvironmen- <br />tal Quality certified workers and the abatement shall be performed in conformity with DEQ and OSHA <br />regulations and other standards related to work place safety; <br />(3) that Bidder is is not a Resident Oregon Bidder, as defined by ORS 279A.120.
