PREFACE <br />The "Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations" and the Oregon Bureau of <br />Labor and Industries (BOLI) "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public <br />Works Contracts in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and <br />federal Davis-Bacon Act" apply to this Project. <br />The wage rate and fringe benefits listed in this "Davis-Bacon <br />Wage Determinations for Highway Construction Projects" shall be <br />paid unless a higher wage rate and fringe benefits is listed in <br />the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) "Prevailing Wage <br />Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon subject to BOTH the <br />State PWR and federal Davis-Bacon Act", in which case, the higher <br />wage rate and fringe benefits shall be paid (see ORS 279C.838). <br />The BOLI publication is a separate document and is incorporated <br />into this Project by reference. <br />
