The signal is <br />scheduled to be shut off at 9 p.m., and flaggers will control the intersection until the work is <br />completed. The work is scheduled to be completed by 6 a.m. Tuesday. <br />On Wednesday, February 19, the work will shift to the intersection of Eighth Avenue and <br />Mill Street, where two signal mast arms will be replaced. When the signal is shut off at 8 p.m., <br />flaggers will control north- and southbound traffic on Mill Street, and no through traffic will be <br />allowed on Eighth Avenue. <br />The intersection of Eighth and Mill will be reopened by 6 a.m. Thursday and will be <br />under construction again on Thursday night beginning at 8 p.m. All work in the area is <br />scheduled be completed by 6 a.m. Friday. <br />While construction activities are occurring at these intersections, drivers should pay <br />special attention to lane closures, alternate routes, flaggers and equipment in the roadway. <br />For updates on these and other road projects in Eugene, visit the traffic relief web site at <br />www.eugene-or.gov/traffic or on Twitter at www.Twitter.com/EugenePW. <br /># # # <br /> <br />Public Works Administration ?
