Target families who are low income by partnering with Metro Affordable <br />Housing and Project Homeless Connect of Lane County to establish a helmet <br />distribution program. <br />2. Host a minimum of 3 bike safety events. <br />3. Purchase approximately 600 helmets in adult, youth and child sizes. <br />4. Ensure proper fit education when helmets are distributed. <br />5. Communicate at least quarterly and schedule site visit with grant manager at <br />ACTS Oregon. <br />6.
