But meanwhile we have this invoice at the nigher rate. The contract also states you <br />will be billing at "actual' rates, so we felt we could go ahead and approve this invoice as it stands. Our main <br />concern was that it pass any audit that may occur later even though the dollar figure difference was only 10 <br />hours so a total of $16-40. <br />Please go ahead and process an amendment to the Materials Lab Testing Services contract (COE *2010-00202) <br />with new billable rate schedule as soon as you car,.
