I use this letter to split the OTIA III revenue from <br />the general ODOT revenue. The OTIA III revenue is apportioned based on the amounts distributed under ORS 366.744 <br />versus the other distributions under ORS 366.739, 366.742 and 366.747. <br />Well ...the December letter has a new distribution amount for ORS 366.752.
