AMENDMENT NO. TWO TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 1999 -00209 <br />This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated April 26, 1999, between the <br />City of Eugene (City) and The I.T. Group, formally known as EMCON (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />1. Extend termination date to April 1, 2000. <br />2. Additional funding in the amount of $2,408.83 to perform the following work: <br />a. Additional meetings at the site with property owner <br />b. Building location changes during the project <br />C. Additional design/ specification work for the pump house buildings <br />d. Additional project meetings <br />e. An electrician hired to check the electrical lines at the site <br />f.
