AMENDMENT NO. FOUR TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2006 - 00212 <br />This Amendment is made to the Trade Services Contract dated November 18, 2005, between <br />the City of Eugene (City) and VAC-X, A Division of Ground and Water, Inc. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Extend termination date to December 1, 2010, unless terminated earlier <br />In accordance with paragraph 16 of the original contract. There are no <br />remaiining renewals after that date. <br />In addition, per the original contract, the contractor has the option to submit a new <br />Schedule of Fees at this time.
