PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />Architect and Engineer <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation <br />AND: OBEC Consulting Engineers <br />Contract No.: 2010-00223 <br />This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br />Services Master Contract #2005-00212 dated November 24, 2004, between the <br />City of Eugene and OBEC Consulting Engineers. <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br />herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br />OBEC will design several variations of reinforced concrete lids for manholes for <br />GJN #4625. These lids will be aircraft rated for use on the runway and taxiways <br />of the Eugene Airport. They will be precast with aircraft rated frames and covers <br />cast in.
