AMENDMENT NO. THREE TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2006-00220 <br />This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated March 8, 2006, <br />between the City of Eugene (City) and the State of Oregon acting by and through the State <br />Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Extend termination date to January 1, 2011. There are no additional one-year <br />renewals remaining per the original agreement after this one is complete. <br />In addition, per the original contract, the contractor has the option to submit a new <br />Schedule of Fees at this time.
