QUOTE NO. 27 <br />CALL FOR QUOTES <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon will receive sealed quotes. <br />until Friday, October 2, 2009, until the Quote Closing time of 2:00 p.m. at the office of the City <br />Engineer, <br />99 East Broadway Suite ' <br />. e 400, Eugene, Oregon. <br />Job TRAFFIC CALMING <br />4658 on Praslin Street, Fillmore Street and East 32"d Avenue (1 LS Erosion Control; 1 LS <br />Traffic Control; 13 EA Speed Hump; 26 EA Legends; 4 EA Traffic Signs Installed; 2 <br />EA Traffic Signs Relocated). <br />All Work shall be completed by October 31, 2009. <br />This public works improvement project is. subject to payment of prevailing rate of wagds, per BOLI <br />ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a <br />statement by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage <br />rates shall be complied with. <br />Quoters are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form, substantially as described <br />in ORS 279C.370, prior to the Quote Closing Date and Time.
