Process administrative amendments through the Transportation Planning <br /> Committee (TPC) and non-administrative amendments through the MPO <br /> Policy Board (Metropolitan Policy Committee, or MPC). Maintain amendment log, project list and <br /> fiscal summaries on MPO web site. <br /> ? Track projects throughout the year and publish annual summary of obligated <br /> projects. <br /> ? Work with ODOT Region and State Coordinators to improve and MTIP- <br /> STIP coordination and maintenance of the ODOT Fiscal Plan. <br /> ? Work with partners to develop proposals for funding through .State and <br /> Federal programs of projects that implement the RTP. Maintain list of <br /> prioritized projects, <br /> ? Participate in grant review committees. <br /> ? Represent the MPO at ODOT and other project coordination meetings <br /> including the ODOT-MPO STIP coordination quarterly meetings, and in <br /> ODOT focal Government Services and ODOT Region meetings. Work <br /> with ODOT fiscal planners to obtain revenue estimates as needed. <br /> ? Attend conferences and workshops to maintain staff expertise and <br /> knowledge of State and Federal project implementation processes and tools. <br /> ? Continue to work with MPC to develop and revise policies, criteria and <br /> processes to ensure programming of funds reflects current priorities. <br /> Products <br /> ?
