(2) that where asbestos abatement is required the abatement shall be done by Department ofEnvironmen- <br /> tal Quality certified workers and the abatement shall be performed in conformity with DEQ and OSHA <br /> regulations and other standards related to work place safety; <br /> (3) that Quoter is x is not a Resident Oregon Quoter, as defined by ORS 279A.120. "Resident <br /> Quoter" means a Quoter that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12- <br /> calendarmonths immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state, and <br /> has stated in the bid whether the Quoter is a "Resident Quoter;" <br /> (4) that Bidder shall comply with and cause its subcontractors to comply with all applicable provisions of <br /> federal, state and local statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations. <br /> This bid is incomplete and shall not be considered unless #here is attached hereto a signed complete original of <br /> the Affidavit ofNoricollusion,Bid Schedule, all Addenda, First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement, and Certificate <br /> of Quoter/Contractor of Employees Drug Testing Policy,.
