If there is any issue, we will require that the issue is <br />fixed before making final payment. If there is a ribbon-cutting event, we will usually <br />inspect the project at that time. Sheila Lyons attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for this <br />project and I only heard positive feedback of the project, so I don't believe there were any <br />issues with the Bailey Hill portion of the project. <br /> <br />This grant has 2 parts: Bailey Hill improvements and flashing beacons on River Road. I <br />haven't seen plans for the flashing beacons on River Road yet. When they are designed and <br />constructed, we will schedule an inspection and make final payment following that. <br /> <br />Thank you, <br />1 <br /> <br />
