Said Agreement covers the design and construction of median islands with <br /> landsca in and crossin cut-throw hs on Baile Hill Road from Warren Street to 18t~ <br /> P9 g g Y <br /> Avenue. <br /> It has now been determined b State and A enc that the A regiment referenced above <br /> Y g Y 9 <br /> shall be amended to update Project description and add Exhibit B. Except as expressly <br /> amended below, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement are still in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> RECITALS, Paragraph 1, Page 1, which reads: <br /> 1. Bailey Hill Road is a part of the street system under the jurisdiction and control of the <br /> City of EUGENE. _ <br /> Shall be deleted in its entiret and re laced with the followin <br /> Y p g <br /> 1. Baile Hill Road and River Road area art of the street s stem under the 'urisdiction <br /> Y p Y J <br /> and control of the City of Eugene. . <br /> TERMS of AGREEMENT, Paragraph 1, Page 1, which reads: <br /> i 1. Under such authority, State and Agency agree to design and construct median islands <br /> with landscaping and crossing cut-throughs on Baile Hill Road from Warren Street to <br /> y <br /> 18t" Avenue, hereinafter referred to as "Project." The location of ~ the ~ Project is <br /> approximately as shown on the sketch map attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and <br /> by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> Shall be deleted in its entirety'and replaced with the following: <br /> 1.
