The revenue account is required to specifically identify the proceeds <br />received from the grantor. The grant number is needed to account far expenditures chargeable against the grant. An <br />activity number may also be assigned, when the grant requires matching funds, or when project costs will include costs not <br />chargeable to the grant. All project costs would be identified by the activity number, but only recoverable grant <br />expenditures would also be identified by grant number. <br />I have assigned the following distribution codes for the Ridgeline Signage System. <br />Grant Description: Funds from the State Department of Parks and Recreation for the creation and installation of <br />wayfinding signs and kiosks at key trailheads and junctions throughout the 12-mile Ridgeline Trails System in <br />order to improve user orientationlrescue efficiency, increase usage, and expand overall knowledge of the trail <br />system. <br />In the following distribution code examples,.
