Consultant shall report using the most current form and reporting <br /> instructions provided by Agency.] <br /> This project includes American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding. States must <br /> <br /> ~ collect and analyze certain employment data for each ARRA funded contract. <br /> The prime Consultant shall complete a separate Monthly Employment Report for each. ARRA <br /> project once each month from the date of the Notice to Proceed until completion of the WOC. <br /> Consultant shall provide, aggregated on one form per project, the required information for their <br /> own workforce as well as the workforce of all subcontractors (including all sub-tiers) that were <br /> active on their ARRA funded project(s) for the reporting month. <br /> Consultant's timely, complete, accurate, and truthful compliance with the reporting obligations <br /> constitutes a material component of the Consultant's performance of this WOC. Agency may <br /> withhold any amounts otherwise due to the Consultant under this WOC until the Consultant has <br /> submitted any report that is late. <br /> Due date: Reports are due within 10 calendar days after the end of every month until project <br /> completion or until September 2012, which ever is sooner. <br /> Due to: Reports must be emailed to ARRAreportin~(a~odot.state.or.us with a copy to the <br /> Pro'ect Mana er Pro'ect Leader or Local A enc Liaison.
