The following .scope of work and. fee are based on our understanding of <br /> current site conditions and usage.. <br /> <br /> i <br /> ..PROJECT APPROACH: <br /> The purpose of the'Environmental Site Assessment is to identify recognized environmental conditions <br /> which may present a potential for the presence of hazardous `materials to be present within the study <br /> area that may require further investigation and or remediation. <br /> • <br /> The scope of work for this project will follow the Initial Site Assessment guidelines set forth in the <br /> Hazardous Waste Guide for Project Development document produced by the American Association of <br /> State Highway and Transportation Officials IAASHTO), 1990.
