The following scope of work and fee are based on our understanding of <br /> current site conditions-and usage. <br /> PROJECT APPROACH: <br /> The purpose of the Environmental Site Assessment is to identify recognized environmental conditions <br /> which may present a potential for the presence of hazardous materials. to be present within the study <br /> area that may require further investigation and or remediation: <br /> The scope of work for this project will follow the Initial Site Assessment guidelines set forth in the <br /> Hazardous Waste Guide for Project Development document produced by the American Association of <br /> State Highway and firansportation Officials (AASHTO), 1990.
