Company <br /> EUGENE, OREGON <br /> The.undersigned Bidder declares: <br /> That Bidderhas carefiilly examined and incorporates in this Proposal, by this reference all documents included <br /> in the Book of Contract Documents and Specifications for this job which includes but is not limited to the Plans, City . <br /> Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings, Supplemental Specifications and Special Provisions, and City of Eugene <br /> Amendment #1, Addenda, Bid Schedule, Prevailing.Wage Rates, Contract Form, and Bond Form for <br /> n <br /> DELTA PONDS PATH <br /> GOODPASTURE ISLAND ROAD TO ROBIN HOOD AVENUE . <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> That Bidder has made an examination of the site of the proposed work and has made such investigations as are <br /> necessary to determine the character of the material and the conditions to be encountered, independently ofthe indication <br /> on the plans; and that if the Proposal is accepted, Bidder will contract with the City of Eugene as provided in the. Contract , <br /> Form, will to the extent of this bid, provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, and other means of construction, <br /> and will furnish all material and labor as specified, or called for by the Plans or necessary to complete the, work in the ~ . <br /> manner specified and in accordance with the requirements of the Engineer.
