AMENDMENT NO. NINE To <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2000 - 00353 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated July 30, 1999, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and McKenzie Watershed Alliance (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br /> follows: <br /> City and McKenzie Watershed Alliance mutually agree to amend .and extend the contract <br /> referenced above as follows: <br /> • City will contribute $10,000 to fund tasks for the integrated watershed program for the <br /> McKenzie River for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. <br /> • McKenzie Watershed Alliance will contract for coordinator services to the McKenzie <br /> Watershed Council through June 30, 2010. <br /> • Option to extend term: if the parties agree by formal amendment, the term of this <br /> agreement may be extended if funds are available and opportunities reasonably <br /> warrant.
