Eric....l was expecting that information from our Denver Finance office today, but haven't received it. I was out
all morning for meetings, and had a message from Andrea (in Denver) about another agreement I was working
gin, and expected her to give me information on the City of Eugene agreement...but she either didn't have the
'i ..;umber yet, or forgot to give it to me.
I just called Andrea, and she explained that there was some additional work that had to be done to the City of
Eugene task orders to make them work in the ASAP system. She has input all that information, and will be
able to get the code out of the system by tomorrow morning. As soon as I hear from her in the morning, I'll give
you a call. Sorry about the mix up! After this first one, the rest should go very smoothly.
i
I'll be in touch with you tomorrow. I expect to be in from 6:30am to 3:OOpm.
"I
Pam Schiele, Contract Specialist
(Team Lead for Procurement & Property)
Eugene District BLM
(541) 683-6423

1 (541) 683-6767 FAX
email: pam_schiele@or.blm.gov
WOLD Eric N
<eric.n.wold@ci.e
ugene.or.us> To
"Pam Schiele (E-mail)"
12/11/2003 01:26 <pam_schiele@or.blm.gov>
PM cc
Subject
6-digit code for ASAP
Pam,
Did you receive the 6-digit code for the "fuel's reduction task order" so that the City can get funds via the ASAP
system?
Eric
3
