There is an Annual Compliance <br /> Fee (Administrative Order No. 58-03-04-F) for building sites that need to extend construction beyond <br /> a 12 month time frame. The purpose of this fee is to recover costs associated with the on-going <br /> monitoring required to ensure each site is meeting the required ersosion prevention outcomes.. <br /> The Annual Compliance fee is one half of the original permit fee. For example, if your original <br /> permit cost $120.00, the Annual Compliance Fee is $60.00.
