The amount of the payment to be made by the applicant and the factors used to <br /> calculate that payment; <br /> ? The losses to the wetlands expected to occur including the area, type(s), and <br /> function(s) of wetland(s) expected to be lost; <br /> ? The applicant's remaining responsibility relating to compensatory mitigation, if any; <br /> and <br /> ?
