ThE sites, YYansen and Chermec:ky, are <br /> located in the West Eugene 17?etlands of the Eugene BLM District at the <br /> Oakwood T,and Site. Other sites will be idexati.~Cied at a later date. They arc <br /> located on varied terrain from steep to gentle slopes with various distances, so that <br /> the tools will need to be packed i.n. £rom 11ie roads. Work areas will be at <br /> C~overlunent-approved sites. <br /> 1.2 WORN IIO>tTRS <br /> ~7Vorlc 110CLr5, start stop times For noise-making activities (power equipment may <br /> be operated) will be between two (2) li,aurs afl:er sunrise until (1) hour before <br /> sunset. <br /> 1.3 SITE SECURITY <br /> City personnel fulfilling t11e requirements of this order will be based out the BLM <br /> facility at 751 South Danebo and. using I3LM equipment. City personnel will be <br /> responsible for seeuriz~.g all tools on site in storage space provided. Sta£f. will also <br /> be responsible For locking buildings if they are the Last person leaving the office at <br /> the end of the work day.. <br /> . Northwest Youth Corps will be supplying their own equipment, azld may leave <br /> their equipzrl.ent at the work site.
