A previous <br />request was submitted in the same dollar amount requested to be payable to Kenneth Kokkeler and Mary <br />Kokkeler. I received a check payable to Kenneth and Mary Kokkeler, however they are not husband and wife. <br />There was a change of ownership and the check should be payable to Kenneth Kokkeler and Charlotte Potts, as <br />per the attached. <br />still have the original check #825975, dated 3/4/98.
